Maintenance

As regards maintenance we execute maintenance contracts for manufacturing and industrial plants. The technical maintenance (TM) includes repairs as well as machine and production equipment maintenance, maintenance of production related infrastructure such as HVAC (heating, ventilation, air conditioning), but also supervision over supply of utilities, meaning supply of electricity, water and gas.

In addition we perform works related to renovation, modernization and we relocate machinery and equipment.

 

We offer our Customers two cooperation options:

  • Permanent TM – we assume full responsibility for the operation and availability of machines, devices or facilities of our Customer through having a TM team who work at our Customer’s plant.
  • Additional Services – engineering works according to Customer’s requirements – diagnostics and technical support, projects and implementations, machine relocation, start-ups, inspections, upgrades and expansion of production lines.
Permanent Technical Maintenance

The effectiveness of the production process depends on the availability of machinery and equipment, meaning the rate of utilization of time and on the losses due to production problems or potential cassations of defective products. A large number of machines and equipment, the condition of which is not monitored and repairs are carried out only as a result of failure, is used in production amounting to only 30 - 60% of maximum efficiency. Periodic analyses of problems to identify the type and frequency of failures can detect and eliminate potential causes of failure.

 

Maintenance carried out by QSP is executed in the form of continuous surveillance of machines, equipment and facilities, analysis of the causes of accidents and planning and execution of preventive works. Repairs, inspections and maintenance of machinery and equipment is based on:

  • technical manuals and guidelines of machinery manufacturers
  • actual working time
  • historical and comparative data on failures
  • the contributions of users/operators
  • personal experience

 

The information collected is used to analyze and report on the technical condition and equipment failure but also on performance rate which enables to take appropriate  preventive or organizational actions.

The main line of action of the TM services is to improve the efficiency of machinery and equipment. We offer assistance and technical support in the work on efficiency of production processes in the Customer's company and improving working practices of staff.

 

Under the agreement on outsourcing of Technical Maintenance services we offer to organize TM services based on new employees or employees acquired from the Customer. In any case, we train our employees and implement our own system of TM service management to guarantee achievement of agreed parameters of service quality.

Additional services

We additionally offer our Customers cooperation in the area of production which exceeds the standard Technical Maintenance. These services include works connected with:

  • repairs or modernization of machinery and equipment
  • construction or modernization of electrical installations
  • relocation of machines and complete production lines
